I got the opportunity to lead a session on my very favorite topic – Personal Branding – with the JOCI Career Development Fellowship fellows. Together we learned the foundations of brand strategy, had some major fun exploring our own personal brands, and walked away with a deeper understanding of ourselves and our futures.
