My Clifton Strengths

I’ve just completed my Clifton Strengths assessment, and according to the framework, I am a Strategic Thinker:

Leaders with great Strategic Thinking strengths are the ones who keep us all focused on what could be. They are constantly absorbing and analyzing information and helping the team make better decisions. People with strength in this domain continually stretch our thinking for the future.

I also build strong relationships that hold a team together, am eager to activate – or take action – on initiatives rather than over-deliberate, and am deeply values-driven. Read below the graphic for more!

Input: My primary strength, Input means that I am naturally inquisitive. Those with Input talent have a desire to know more, to ask questions, to find out the what, when, where, how and, especially, why. Their need to know more can be limited to a particular subject area — but often that is not the case; they want to know more about everything they encounter. Input collects or archives — sometimes things, but often ideas or experiences.

Input makes me resourceful, eternally curious, and driven by a delight in learning new things (as well as a propensity for learning new things quickly!).

Futuristic: People exceptionally talented in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They energize others with their visions of the future. They are dreamers, innovators, and they make the previously impossible and unimagined possible and real.
